All Exhibitors and Sponsors receive the following:
  • 10' x 10' booth
  • A list of available names and mailing addresses of registrants for a one-time use
  • Complimentary lunch for up to two representatives each day
  • Listing in the Seminar Packet provided to all attendees
  • One ½ priced seminar attendee registration

 

In addition to the above, all Sponsors receive the following:

  • Identification in marketing materials promoting the seminar including the seminar brochure, website, and app
  • Acknowledgment in materials and signage available at the seminar and at appropriate breaks and lunches
  • Announced sponsorship recognition at each sponsored break or lunch
  • A banner (provided by the sponsor) may be posted/hung onsite for the duration of the program in a location selected by the seminar manager
  • An additional ½ priced seminar attendee registration, which may be combined with the other ½ priced registration for one total complimentary registration
